During my recent stay at a budget-friendly accommodation in Portree, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and pubs. The clean and cozy room had comfortable beds and a lovely view from the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I misplaced my phone. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as slow wifi connection and a Spartan room layout, I found the experience to be great value for money. I would recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget in Portree.

Great location with stunning views of the water and mountains. the self, catering kitchen was large and well, appointed, making it convenient for preparing meals. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
The double en, suite room we stayed in was overpriced for what it offered. the room was cramped and located right on the street, resulting in noise disturbances.

For my Christmas getaway, I chose a budget hotel with surprisingly good complementary breakfast and free parking. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the tourist hotspots and nestled amid great restaurants and boutiques. One of the best aspects that I enjoyed was the view from the room of the spectacular mountain ranges.
Long queues to use the bathroom, and when I finally got a chance, it was far from clean. the room was too noisy due to thin walls, and I could hear all the conversations and even snoring from other guests.

Located in the heart of town, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the hostel features comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving secret tips about the area and providing powerful showers. Additionally, the lounge area had a lovely view of the water, perfect for relaxation.
The noise from teenagers roaming the halls in the middle of the night was quite disturbing for those who had to wake up early in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this place is absolutely perfect. It's just off the main square in the town, so everything is within walking distance. The bus stop is also very close, which made getting around super convenient. The view from the main square to the lake is simply stunning. It really added to the overall charm of the hotel.
We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was absolutely lovely, just steps away from the center core and lots of restaurants. I enjoyed the fabulous view of the water and magnificent scenery from the common room. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I appreciated having a double bed room with a private ensuite. It was also great to have parking spaces available nearby. The WiFi, although requiring a log-in every 10 minutes, was a nice bonus.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the cost might be considered high for North Americans. However, considering the location and overall experience, it was worth it.

Beautiful views and great location made for a perfect couple's getaway. We loved sitting in the lounge and enjoying the view. the staff were friendly and helpful, with good knowledge of the local area. Tea and coffee provisions in the room were a nice touch.
Our room was disappointingly small for two people, and some amenities were not up to par.
